  • Orders are processed upon payment confirmation or after phone verification.
  • Item availability is indicated on each product page and is subject to change.
  1. Pricing, Payments, and Billing
  • Prices are listed in USD, tax included.
  • Accepted payment methods: credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, and Mobile Money in the DRC (Mpesa, Orange Money, and Airtel Money).
  • An invoice will be sent to you automatically via email upon order validation.
  1. Delivery
  • We deliver free of charge in Bukavu, DRC via reliable couriers. Outside this area, delivery fees are covered by the client.
  • Estimated delivery time is 2 working days for items available in our physical store (depending on your location).
  • For out-of-stock items, delivery takes up to 14 working days after 50% payment of the product amount.
  • Delivery fees and tracking links are provided at checkout. Orders over $99.90 USD qualify for free delivery within Bukavu.
  1. Returns and Refunds
  • Returns are accepted within 2 days of package reception.
  • Returned items must be unused, in perfect condition, and in original packaging.
  • Refunds are processed within 5 days upon return approval.
  1. Product Warranty
  • A 3-month warranty is provided for defective items, if the defect is deemed the company’s responsibility.
  • Contact our customer service to initiate a warranty request.

  • We disclaim any liability for improper use of our products.
  • In case of dispute, we prioritize an amicable resolution before any legal proceedings.
