🔁 Returns & Refunds
Returning an item

If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 2 days of receipt. Conditions:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its intact packaging
  • Customized or discounted items are not refundable unless defective
Return Procedure

  2. Prepare your package and include a copy of the invoice
  3. Ship the package to the address provided by our team
  4. Once received and verified, we will process your refund within 5 business days
Refund
